Too heavy for EB. You could DNA if they don't require OTP.

Do you know approximately what is the maximum weight of a product to do EB on Amazon ?

Under 120g should be fine. I did some Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 recently and it went well for me.

What do you think about it? Is it feasible or the weight of the phone (240 grams)
As mentioned, It's too heavy for the EB/missing Item method.

Apart from the absolute obvious being the DNA, the wrong Item received method Is also well-suited.

That's where your job, as an SE'er, Is to perform an In depth research.

Amazon stocks 12+ million products. You're bound to find one.

Any stock Item that's part of their Inventory, preferably from the same category/department.

Correct.

Be sure It's a stock Item of theirs.

(04-02-2022, 04:15 PM)azizouma Wrote: what maximum weight difference it require ?
To play It safe, no greater than 40 grams.

(04-02-2022, 04:15 PM)azizouma Wrote: How long must it be between the receiving of the "wrong item" and the receiving of the "good item" ?
At times, packages are delayed In transit, so It's the order date that's of relevance.

Try and purchase each Item as close as possible.
