Im pretty sure the weight you have seen on amazon is without the case for the HDD, and just the driv, on other sites it must be all included.

You certainly have a valid point, and It's understandable If the HDD Is packaged/comes with a separate enclosure.
However If there are no detachable parts, I don't see why they'd segregate the weight.

Order 4TB with Amazon packaging and order the 1TB in normal packaging (as it comes in the proper packaging by default) and then do the SE when I have them both. Have I got it all right? I don't think Amazon workers would remember putting the 4TB in different packaging as that would mean them talking to support which just isn't practical.(02-05-2020, 03:49 PM)unkn0wn123 Wrote:(02-05-2020, 03:54 AM)mothered Wrote: You certainly have a valid point, and It's understandable If the HDD Is packaged/comes with a separate enclosure.I noticed the 4TB comes by default in packaging that shows the item so I'll have to get it shipped in amaazon packaging, is that an issue? You're not paranoid at all.
It's always good practice to cover every angle when SEing.

So the guy who delivers it doesn't see it and can't say it was a 4TB or anyone else that might mess up the SE.(02-05-2020, 08:26 PM)unkn0wn123 Wrote:(02-05-2020, 08:18 PM)mothered Wrote: You're not paranoid at all.In your opinion in doing wrong item method have I got it all covered? You're referring to the Inner packaging of the Item, correct?
That Is, the stock packaging of the Item.

Exactly how will both Items be delivered, Inclusive of their Inner and outer packaging?
