Wrong Item - Difference between shop-bought and digital order?

So the items are due delivery soon, though there's an important bit that I forgot to mention. The paper will get to another city and only then to me (reship), so I think it might be dispatched by a different warehouse. Is the wrong item SE still good to go or would that be a problem?

My earlier posts relate to the receiving/Inwards goods department cross-checking returns so If It's not the case with yourself, the wrong Item may still work.

First see how the carrier verifies the delivery. If It's only a signature (or even better If It's left at your doorstep), the DNA can be used.

I wouldn't try it as the courier will be DPD and I know they'll fight you in hell if they have to. I'll still have a look at how they deliver it.

I just wasn't sure if the other items should be dispatched from the same place as the laptop or if it doesn't matter.

Fair enough.

If you're not confident with SEing DPD, then It's best to leave It be.
