Wondering because excuses would be hard to make, as monitors are heavy and big

I ordered a lovely 32"144hz Quad HD Qdot monitor from warehouse deals in 'new' condition but with damaged packaging for £498 and also ordered a Asus 27" full HD monitor from eBay which was also stocked on Amazon (this is a big deal). I told them I received the wrong monitor. They refunded me in advance (you have to personally ask for this) and then I sent them back the eBay order. A week later, the order was changed to 'return complete'.
I believe when it comes to warehouse deals, they're a lot more lenient when it comes to returns.
The eBay order cost me £64 in total. Not bad for a £500~ monitor.
Sometimes for me, the SEing is a success, even if you manage to grab a high priced item for a small cost.
