Withdraw money from limited PayPal?

Hello,

Is there any way to withdraw money from my limited PayPal? I mean... I know that few months ago I could buy Movo account and link the vcc to that PayPal. I could link that vcc even if there was different name, just the address had to be the same (you can change your address even if your PayPal is limited). But nowdays I cant find Movo accounts for sale...
So do you know any other online (bank) or vcc that I can link to my PayPal and withdraw money? Or maybe some other way for withdrawing money?

Try buying a non-limited paypal. Then pay yourself from your limited account to the new purchased non-limited account.

I got limited back in June and was unable to purchase or transfer the money, Only just got it out a few days ago what a joke it was.

Do you mean just like send money from limited account to unlimited account? Is that possible? Because I thought I can only withdraw to bank or by mail...

Yes that's correct. Only withdraw to bank is possible.

My advice is to sign up for a legit online bank account, (monzo, starling), withdraw the funds, then close your bank account.

So after 180 days you can send money to other PayPals? Because before the 180 days it didnt work.

You misunderstood me. I meant the only way is to withdraw to a bank account.

In my experience, they will allow you to transfer the funds to a bank or send you a check after 3-6 months have lapsed.

But it is stealth account so I cant create bank account that easy... Is there any online bank that I can create account without hard verificaiton? Or do you know any other VCC provider like Movo? Because with Movo I could just change the address in PayPal so that it match Movo address and then withdraw money to Movo VCC
