Fall is in only 60 days, winter is in 150 days.

I have a feeling this winter is going to be a bad one. Last years winter was pretty bad, it resulted in deaths, people nearly freezing to death, homes being ruined, etc.

Temperatures are alright starting to slightly drop here.

Anyways what are your preparations for winter?.

My trailer is going to have plastic inside and out of each window, the doors are going to get weather stripping. I am going to stock up on about 20 gallons of Kerosene just in case the power goes out I can fire up the kerosene heater. I will also be getting some seperate food storage just for winter because if it does get bad I will have food without having to tap into my other preps.

In Kentucky even the slightest dusting of snow shuts down schools and a lot of businesses, they do not plow or salt the back roads which in Kentucky pretty much every road is a back road only highways and major town streets get plowed and salted. It is hilarious.

Preparation for winter? I might buy a coat. That's pretty much it.

Winter's my favorite time of the year. No annoying kids running outside.
My preparation for winter? Hot drinks, warm soup, and a quilt.
Oh, and my computer.

Oh, and my computer.

I have hayfever, but ten times out of ten I'd still pick summer over winter.
