No it hasn't been pre-activated. I don't even think there is a way to activate Windows 11 yet.

Particularly that It's named accordingly as Windows 11, and In an ISO file.

To avoid takedown, obviously rename/abbreviate the file and place the ISO In multiple archives- at a minimum of 5. If It's no longer available, those who wish to download It, simply quote me and I'll re-up It.

It is weird. In the Windows 11 video on Linus Tech Tips on YT the OS couldn't install on a machine which had Ryzen 3000 series Processor or Intel 7000 and 10000 series processor. He says that Microsoft has found a way that would lock the installer if installed on bare hardware with no confirmation found online. Though this is a very early build of Windows 11 so we can't say too much........Just wait till June 24 2021 ....

There may be free upgrade to Windows 11 for windows 7 and 8.1 users. If yes, it's certainly good news for many who still stick on with the older version as they are more comfortable with that. Hopefully Microsoft would have upgraded the security features in the new OS which is the need of the hour.
