Yes, it's as easy as that but sometimes the workers may ask for a photo of the pizza (can just google one with the toppings and size you told them originally). Most of the time saying there was a small hair in the box will just skip over most of the talking and they'll tell you that you can come in and pick up a free pizza.

not sure where you are from but here pizza hut is easier to se what you do is (on the phone) try to mumble the address wrong and say i was their fault for not understanding you or if they are generally slow after promised deadline try to pick an argument with the person (make it look like they started it dont say something stupid youre trying to get on their nerves by what you say in a civil way till they get mad and start being rude) then you say something along the line this is very unprofessional what is your name i want to speak to your manager right now i do not like to be talked down on by you and i have been a loyal customer (blah blah pretend to be mad and disgusted out how they have treated you) they should give you a redo order so when you buy what you did this time its on the house or they will transfer you to the manager and its the same process

To be honest, I don't know.
These methods are all closely intertwined, so I'm sure that I'll be able to explore new methods.

Matter of fact, last week I SE'ed a government worker (Not going to give out too much info, because might go against forum rules). What happened was I forgot a government paper extremely important for the reason why I was there, but I was able to SE her and be able to go on with the case.
