If you have good reasoning skills and you are confident enough to save your skin then why not right? But if you want to be off the grid, use a different phone number or skype number.

Open another ticket and ask for the details, Inclusive of why It was closed without notice.

I highly suggest to follow what mothered said. You could also reason out that you were ignored and your ticket was auto-approved without even having a one-on-one with you.
