So, when you get hacked or RATTED, they will normally delete a major file of your DLLS.
IF that happens, then you just go on the windows website, and search for the DLL.
If it's not there, just download an app called DLL File Recover.
That should fix it.

Lastly, I tried to look for this program and couldn't find it anywhere - red flag. If you get hacked whether its a rootkit, trojan, worm, spyware, botnet, cryptolock, --whatever, you should try to first identify what kind of virus you have. Google symptoms on another device (the malware might modify internet connections and results). If it appears to be safe based on that or you want to risk it, turn your computer on in safe mode. Run some AV from a clean flashdrive. Make any other fixes you may need. It also might be a good idea to backup your stuff immediately even it is infected onto another blank drive (it may try to modify other files that are on the flash drive/hdd/etc)

My golden rule for buying computers is to never buy something I couldn't afford to replace. Plain and simple. There's no hacking that logic! (unless they fuck your bank account....keep cash in your house...unless they find your address and mug you too....fuck it. Good luck lol)

I usually reinstall, but I do have a few tools that could help. Rkill and Combofix are usually my go to programs when things get ugly.

Install glasswire, Log the IP it connects to with pencil and paper

Second,
Re-install OS

Third,
Look up ISP and report IP knowing its static to receive data back.

Best bet is to not install sketchy software. If you somehow do, you should probably wipe the drive and reinstall.

Yes they would probably delete that, but 1. It's not hard to recover, and 2. I've had friends who've RATTED just to get passwords and to fuck with people. They never deleted System32.

A clean Installation of Windows Is exactly what I'd do.

Why spend hours on end trying to Identify and remove all malicious files when In around an hour's time, you'll be up and running with a clean Install at optimal performance and stability.
