If you get hacked I recommend you still install your OS again.

So, when you get hacked or RATTED, they will normally delete a major file of your DLLS.
IF that happens, then you just go on the windows website, and search for the DLL.
If it's not there, just download an app called DLL File Recover.
That should fix it.
