I keep seeing and hear the term DNA method, but never really knew exactly what it is, can anyone explain and give an example?

DNA Is an abbreviation of Did Not Arrive.
As It's name Implies, you claim the package that you've ordered did not arrive, and request a refund/replacement thereafter.
