Return to sender. It basically changes the tracking and shows the package was returned to sender by the courier/recipient.

ok, but how does it work? I lack the basic understanding of it. Is it like FTID?I read that it should be sent to a parcel station. And what happens afterwards? After it was delivered to the parcel station?

I can't speak for all couriers, but dpd rts is done by a guy who works for them. I send hum a clear pic of my label and he has the information to then change the tracking. How? He gets a runner to drop off packages with the return information/tracking

What is the difference to FTID? So RTS is always made by an insider by the respective courier? I don't have to do anything more than send my boxer the label?

FTID is done when you have received your package for example from Amazon. Then you press Return and you get a prepaid label and you edit it and send it to Amazon.
RTS is done while your package is not yet delivered to you. For example: In Europe, you have DHL pack stations, there are lockers with codes. When your package is delivered to one of them, you find someone who has an insider (a buddy or a friend who works at DHL that has a DHL panel in which he can edit your package to any status you want/ or someone who does this services) . Then he changes your tracking information to RTS. Then your order in Amazon.de appears canceled, you have to write to Amazon live chat saying that you changed your mind and don't want the package anymore. They will give a refund and after that you go to the DHL packstation, open the locker and get the package. RTS is effective because there is delay and after changing to package status to RTS you still can get your package from the locker.
I don't believe in what I say. Everything is just fictional and made for a good laugh.

I don't answer PM.

wow i'm starting to get it, thanks. So I only open the packet station when I have received the refund for the product.

But I'm still confused which label to give to the insider if not the return label?
Because I still don't get a label at all, except when I want to send something back?

Yeah, you open the packstation only after the refund.
For RTS you have to give your Tracking code to Insider. No need to give any label. Return label is used for FTID methods mainly, there are websites like ftid.io (I'm not advertising it). They do label edit and boxing services. For example: You send Return label to them, they edit it and send it. You get a refund from Amazon after the "Return" arrives.

RTS is hard method because u have to be so fast to get refund, location of the scan never match and tracking overrides so fast.
