Im really curious for those who have jobs in AI, what have you done to get into it? Have you been working long term as an engineer in a different field or was it a jumpstart directly into AI? Im really interested into getting into this especially with my current degree in computer science.

CS is 100% at risk there, as well.

I didn't get a job in AI, but over the past 2-3 years everyone is using it. Definitely becoming a requirement.
