I don't think so, since for one: FBI and Police don't give a shit about small hackings such as RAT's.

Well, he wouldn't find alot about him with just an ip. Only if you've been posting it everywhere xD

And btw why would you even risk using your own ip for this, just use a free vpn. Who cares if it loggs the cops won't come for you so the log file will forever be hidden.
Just don't mess with better hackers and keep your lvl op privacy on high ;p

There is also an "open sourced" (infer free for use) VPN called *VPNBook* that one of our Members made mention of roughly 2 months ago.
I forget the exact Member who authored the thread, but another here should know who I speak of credit wise.
