There is also an "open sourced" (infer free for use) VPN called *VPNBook* that one of our Members made mention of roughly 2 months ago.
I forget the exact Member who authored the thread, but another here should know who I speak of credit wise.

If you infect someone with your RAT, they can't do anything. It's SPYWARE. They don't even know their computer is infected. If they someone find out, then there really isn't much they can do..

If you are smart enough use VPN to make sure you cannot be tracked.
