Hi guys,
I'm here to share the story of the last time I sed myprotein: I ordered a couple things, for a total of like 7/8kgs.
The delivery man left it at my front door so I DNAd it.
Contracted customer support and they denied my claim, even if I had previous orders on the same account.
After MANY tries I finally stopped asking them for a refund/replace and thought they were just not going to do it.
After like a month I received a replacement package I didn't expect: everything in the DNAd order was sent to me as a replacement I suppose, but without any notice and after a lot of time since I stopped asking for it.

Anyone had a similar experience?

Yeah I've had a similar experience with them. Hit them twice on the same account and they refunded both times, then a message from them saying my accounts have been referred to their special department team asked if I had received both my refunds? Lmao, just ignored it

myprotein is super easy with ftid or damaged
you just need a little scratch and protein on your protein bag, take a picture and send them
you will get instant replacement or instant refund.
also ftid is working pretty good, takes 2 weeks or so.

the protein here is getting quite expensive, might be worth an SE lol.

The damaged method is the best. When you get your replacement, just refuse it and it will be returned to them and you get a refund. It worked for me in EU.
