Wayfair Refund with Klarna?

I got an offer from a german refunder today that I can get a refund at Wayfair (or Home24) via Klarna (payment processor). Of course I'm curious now and wonder how he possibly does that.

He says I should "purchase on account". It doesn't matter what I buy or how it is delivered and within about 24 hours this would be settled (so the Refund is through).

Do you know maybe what he does?

probably claims a DNA once it arrived lol. also I use klarna for alot of SE, as I dont need to "spend" money

Does klarna work with refunds? Didn't want to test it yet

ALL of the payment options the company accepts offers refund - they only differ in terms of refunding speed.

Think of a legit customer not getting the product. "Sorry Mam/Sir, the payment you've chosen doesn't support refunds". Wink

have around 10+ refunds on my klarna aswell. they really dont care. makes sense though, it's not their obligation or in their interest to investigate refunds issued by companies. as long as they dont have any losses, there should be no reason for klarna to investigate your account.
