Hi everyone, has anyone had any success with DNA on Wayfair? I was reading their delivery terms and they say that they will take a picture of the parcel when it's dropped off, as proof of delivery. Does this mean that DNA isn't really possible/is much harder?

I suggest going on SocialEngineers to familiarize yourself with methods.

DNA can be an effective method, but you might find more success with damaged claims.

Photographic evidence Is useless and can easily be circumvented.

If (for example) the package Is left at the doorstep and a photo Is taken, It's left unattended, hence anything could've happened to It In your absence - which essentially means you did not personally receive It.

I was doing some digging on the forum, and it sounds like Wayfair have been clamping down on damaged claims by asking customers to return the 'damaged' item.

They got abused by SE'ers with their Instant refunds, and have since tightened their claims management to some degree.
