I would like to use the warranty of my oneplus nord 2, to get my money back via amazon.

I bought the phone at the end of December 2021.
I have never made any SE on my amazon account which is more than 5 years old, many orders, some legit refunds.

What technique and advice could you give me to get a refund through warranty?

Contact the amazon chat?
Say my phone battery burned out?
And that I threw it away, because it had hurt my child (that I don't have)?


If I can get a refund, I'm thinking of doing a DNA for another phone. Knowing that the order will seem legit, because I "normally" have no more phone as it burned.

I would tell Amazon the phone has stopped working, they should usually offer to replace it if you send it is - at which point you can FTID the return.

Try It on all of the largest eCommerce retailers operating with state of the art logistics and freight distribution, and see how far you get.
