Wanting to dna amazon monitor for the first time

The monitor just got here with the pic no one answered the door the address is in the pic which is fine but it came with another thing should i say both dna or just the monitor they both are in the pic together

personally for the screens/TV, I use a simple technique, I buy a broken model on marketplace and I make an exchange in the box by changing the labels

I did it not long ago with a Samsung Neo QLED 85".

DNA both.

Essentially, you're hitting a single DNA - only one claim number will be assigned to your case.

Presumably you're just ungluing the label with the serial number on the backplate?

no i want to try again on my brothers amazon account that that no refunds and a couple purchases do you know if they track by address or account
