Well i didnt recieve it yet, the fedex guy used a third party mailbox service that is connected with my building but not a actual government mailbox. (Its quite annoying for attempting dna), they had a photo of the mailbox but not the direct building and i didnt even get a code on my phone like im supposed to, to be able to recieve it. Now i gotta contact the property manager, even if i had the intent of legitimately purchasing this item id se it out of spite for them wasting my time. I think i wanna try to double dip it, like get a replacement via dna then eb them. worse case i think i can return the replacement pair

Anyways ill update when they contact me.
Method was dna item was airpod gen 3 magsafe
I called and it took like 8 days for a CHEAP product
Maybe they’re beginning to clamp down on se’s, well that just means i have to try harder lol.
Im lucky i got to get into it when it was easier but it seems now its gonna require a investigation. Atleast they’re still faster than bestbuy (them being a month) 2 business days should get a call regarding whats next, im gonna be more pushy this time around and see if i can get the replacement there then hit them with a eb

The latest "instant" method was just a script that just claimed the item as damaged, and that was only for black friday. It is not possible now.
Ah yea, it used to be a month ago you could just dna them, i didnt really look into the time of year. It totally makes sense theyd be harsher on protocol as its a busy time regarding packages and gifts.
