Ended up doing the chargeback which at first was successful and I thought that was it. I ended up getting rebilled and was shown all the supporting documents saying my package was received that the Walmart billing team provided.
Such documents are Irrelevant.
What has a package that's marked as delivered/received, got to do with claiming the Item was missing In the package Itself?

What they're referring to Is the shipping/gross weight, not the Item weight and given It's a CPU that would be well under the 120 gram bracket, It will not be detected when dispatched.
As such, It Is their responsibility for failing to pack and send your purchased Item.

What reason might that be? Did they conclusively confirm that the CPU Itself was In the box prior to dispatch? Did they check the condition of the package with the carrier at the time It was handed to you?
I'm not targeting this at yourself, but rather the questions I'd be asking (to start off with) If I was In your position.
Refund hit my account today, couldn't believe it honestly.
Based on your replies to my questions, it seems I should have claimed the CPU was missing from the CPU box as I claimed and told them nothing was in the box at all. Are both claims successful? With packages this light is there more success from a completely empty box claim or claiming the CPU is missing from the CPU box in my delivery?
Thanks
