I ordered an iphone from walmart ,sold and shipped by walmart, the price is around 600$ and I was wondering if I should do DNA or EB or whatever else i could do.
FedEx Shipped it and required a direct signature, I left a note saying to leave the package at the door(delivered to an apartment) and the driver signed the package for me.

Given "you" provided the delivery Instructions as per above, It makes you responsible for the lost shipment.

Quote:or EB
I'd say It's too heavy for the EB/missing Item method.

At any rate, what's the precise weight?

The sealed box method.

I think I’m gonna go with the sealed box method, it’s a refurbished phone so I’m not sure what type of box they sent it in because I haven’t opened the package at all. I’ll update when I open it.
It’s an iPhone 11 Pro Max btw

So it came in a generic box with no seal on it. So I’m not sure what to do.

Nope I can open and close it freely, absolutely no seal on it.

Then the sealed box method Is definitely out of the question.

What's the exact weight of the phone?

It’s a iPhone 11 Pro Max so should weigh around 226 grams

It's too heavy for the EB/missing Item method.

Alternatively, you can box them, or use the wrong Item received method.
