Or you could get a security code, which is located on the warranty card and you will get your replacement right away. I'll sell you one.

Just got an email back from them after I said there is no batch number on it and they said “it’s okay if there isn’t a batch number”. So I’m just going to fill the form in and attach some corrupted pictures and hope for the best.
