Hey,

I am not too keen on userbars, but I gave it a go and I did this for a user on another forum.

He liked it!

The text is too black and dark fro the background, makes it hard to read and it looks strange. The red glow also looks rather out of place. I like the background of it though... :3

Its out of place as in; It doesn't go well with the rest of the userbar.

I don't like the red. If it was black, I believe it would look better or maybe a lighter shade of grey/white so it looked like it was shining. I don't know. It's not bad though.
