Are there any Identifiable features/markings that conclusively deem It's your home In the photo?

Not really , it’s such a closeup photo that you can barely see the door that’s open and you can’t see the tracking number of the parcel or any details either. They’re just being so stubborn i don’t know how to move forward with the SE
