Planning on doing the item never arrived method for Urban Outfitters Canada. Anyone know if Urban Outfitters is hard to refund? Planning on around $150-$250

It's not difficult (I've come across users who've used the empty box method), particularly the fact you're opting to refund 250$ at the max.
Alternatively, you can say you've received a defective Item and as such, you have thrown It out with the excuse of "I didn't see the need to keep a faulty Item". Give them a sob story of how disappointed you are with their quality of service, but at the same time, you still wish to continue doing business with them. The objective Is that they empathize your situation and by the same token, providing reassurance you'll remain a valued customer.

If you do not have to sign for the package, you can tell them that it never arrived. They will end up doing an investigation and giving you your refund. If you do have to sign for the package, you can tell them that there's nothing in the box. If they measure the weight of the box, you can do a partial refund.

I just refunded Urban like a week ago. They are extremely easy all I said was the package never arrived and she gave me a refund immediately.

They didn't check with the carrier, proof of purchase etc?
If so, seldom (If ever) I've heard of a company who doesn't cross-check their consignment In It's entirety.

They didn't check with the carrier at least to my knowledge and never contacted me. This was a refund so I wasn't SE'ing. All I did was call Urbans customer service and said it never came and she refunded me.
