I noticed it was public. I'm not suggesting you need to be an upgraded member to view it, but at least a registered member?

If someone's banned and they want to know why, when they return here they'll see the reason so it's not really necessary for it to be viewable outside of a registration here.

It is weird guests would want to read that. However, equally, what harm is there? These are banned members, not premium content, so I can't see any reason to change it.

I understand your responses. My line of thinking was this: when a guest is on the site, they cannot access any registered accounts. It'll ask them to login. If they can't do that, it doesn't make sense to let them access our ban logs. Either way I agree, it doesn't harm anyone. Accessing an individual's user page also doesn't harm anyone but that's where the idea came from.
