I will be adding pictures soon this is a work in progress. Will be updated regularly.

How To run Minecraft
So you just bought Minecraft and have no idea how to use it or even start it. First off go to Minecraft download area. Click here. You should find a download to Mineecraft launcher.
Spoiler:

Download it and run, then type in your username and password. If it does not work either your don't have a premium account or you typed in your password incorrectly. Confusedmiling:

Starting off in Minecraft
If you haven't logged into minecraft before the Minecraft launcher will download the necessary things it needs to run. There should be a option to play Singleplayer, Multiplayer, and Texturepack. For a first timer I suggest Singleplayer since there is some jerks on multiplayer. When click on single player there should be some options. I highly suggest playing on survival for a beginner so you can learn the ropes. When you click on create a world you should a find a similar image to this.

Now you are in this strange new world and have no idea on what to do. I'm going to try to go threw everything I can possible can. The first thing that you want to do is chop down a tree.In minecraft you can break a tree with a fist. Yes its gypsy magic, we all know. To walk you use awsd which is basically for any game. To find all the functioning keys in minecraft. Press esc and go to controls. You can also adjust it to your liking. Are you suffering from lag? If so search a guide on how to download optfine (will be adding link and picture soons)

The first thing you want to do one you have this items is to get some cobblestone. Stone in general is found underground. Do not dig strait down, use a stair case system to go downwards, much safer. To find the level you are in press f3. I’ll go more in depth on how F3 can help you out greatly. Once you get a stack of cobblestone your next great find should be coalCoal is a necessity as beginner but soon became a nuisance. There is many ways to get supplements to coal. If you want to torches you can either use regular coal or charcoal. To make charcoal you first need to make a furnace
(Picture here)
(Picture of furnace layout)
Once you make your furnace you place regular planks in the bottom of the furnace and logs in the top. One piece of log equals one piece of charcoal. Charcoal is good because you can make it on the fly. If you have a dark screen I suggest putting up your brightness all the way up or, just make torches out of charcoal. I will make a guide to make on how to make you screen in full bright without hacks, in the section of “Advanced Guides”. If you want different kind of fuels for your furnace you can use many items that you will never have thought of. On many vanilla servers you will find that a lot of the players make mob grinders one of the most popular versions of a mob grinder is a blaze spawner. You most likely have no idea what a blaze is because you never took a visit to the nether but blaze rods or powder is very good way to smelt things if you are less developed and have a large source of lava you can use a lava bucket which gives back the bucket. (My favorite)
