I have had success with hitting up CS and just saying that i received my order and all the food was completely wrong. Absolutely no evidence required and no risk to the delivery guy. You need to check your ethics when doing this though because alot of the takeaways on there are small independents. I SE the big guys like KFC, McDs etc and then use the refunded money to buy from from the smaller guys on legit orders.

Why would a small mom and pop shop take the fall after UBER has already paid them for the "incorrect" food order?

Every order we DNA'd it.

The problem Is, It may Impact the driver on a personal level which you'd certainly want to avoid.

Correct, I know people who do Uber Eats and other gig economy type work for a living and having their account banned would absolutely devastate them. Uber, Deliveroo and most other gig economy apps are notorious for terminating peoples accounts for minimal perceived wrongdoing.
