I placed an order with macys for 525. got delivered on  Wednesday and I claimed DNA yesterday.

Now I just got an email saying:

Thank you for recent inquiry. After careful consideration of your claim and after reviewing your order history, we regret to inform you that your request for a credit or order reshipment has not been approved.

what can I do?

tracking has no picture and no signature

Keep pushing them. Ask why it was denied.

Tell Customer Service package just arrived and say it was either totally empty or had just the cheapest item in the box. Or say package was damaged from being delivered so late.
