So i found out they deliver with DHL and in there policy it says contact them if any enquires about your order but it doesn't say whether they're reliable for lost shipments or not

It sounds like they operate similar to Apple, whereby they try and release themselves from liability and tell you to deal directly with the carrier.

So, I'm thinking of doing a dna for a website that delivers with ups even though it marks as delivered at my house, is there any reason they would/ could deny the claim?
And yes the company is responsible for lost packages

I've never had issues with DNA through UPS. Even with a picture of it at my door. "i got home from work and the package wasn't there" you weren't home when the package was delivered

They can take 100 photos of every angle, but It still doesn't change the fact that the package was left unattended.
