Or Bootstrap, which you could replace pretty much everything in SL's theme with. You know what, I'll do one on Bootstrap and jQuery. Perfect.

Yes but it's so much easier to just do it with mytabs
Especially with Mybb.

i've been searching and trying to do tabs just like this forums for a month now, i'm not good with coding, i already have mytabs installed but that thing look nothing like sinister.ly

I can certainly help you, but I need some kind of idea on what I'm doing. Maybe take a look here and pick a layout that looks appealing.

I would be happy with what this forum has, i like the Pill tab, and the tabs color #892222 is what i have hehe and i would like it if it was in the center, thank you so much for the help
