About the product i already mentioned in my first message that my friend got mad and threw it, well what do you expect?
You give someone the perfect gift for his birthday and you expect it to go beyond your best expectations.
Then you find it covered by some stupid oil and nothing works. I felt like my freewriting career has been humiliated up & down.
So he threw them and apologized. But i could feel what he felt though it's just some 4$ gift.
About the receipt i don't think he has it and even if he does, i won't ask him for it. He just started to feel normally about the situation. So i won't risk our relationship for a receipt that he 90% has threw up.
I can help with date of purchase though, my birthday was 5th October and he came one week before it.
So he bought it between 28th September, and 3rd October.
And he knows that PaperMate are my favorite pens. I wrote my lifestory book using your pens guys.
I hope we can fix this disappointment .

I really got surprised when reading it though, i got used at the best quality from your company.
I mentioned that my life story book i wrote using your pens, can you at least imagine one piece of the puzzle called "How much i appreciate your quality" ?
By what obligation should i keep a product that ruined all of our expectations of a tremendous birthday party of an old man whom nobody cares for his existence except his only friend, books, paper and pens. They were all ruined with oil, from the heat of the moment my friend took them and threw them away.The amount of words and emotions that he used to insult your company is unmeasurable, but i gently explained to him that it may be the delivery company's fault or within transaction ... Because i had genuine and deep respect for your company and that's why i contacted you specifically.
The seller told us to solve the issue with the company and as my friend mentioned they don't have products in-stock but they ship them from somewhere else.
Well, the relationship with your company was already improved but this is a real disappointment.
I sent you all that you asked for, i looked in my friend's things without him knowing and got the receipt with the date and the price and the name of the pens.
And i told you what happened about the pens, do you want me to go look in the garbage as a proof to you?
I really can't understand what difference does that make, what's the use of the receipt so?
Anyway, i really got my mind and peace of spirit disgusted with such a situation.
If you guys are willing to understand the situation and fix the issue, hopefully we can improve the relationship.
And if you're going to be untrustful like that, then i guess this situation showed the real colors of everyone and that there's nothing to improve here.

but i also guess that if the receipt wasn't in Russian they would have accepted it.
