Found this leaked by someone, pretty sure it still works, did it a few weeks ago when i followed a guide on sinisterly, the tut on SL was super vague and did not work as described so here is a better tut. Enjoy!

You need:
1. Picture of tile (you can get them on youtube, ebay, or a friend who has tiles)
2. POP (generate one from Amazon)

Steps:
0. Make an account on tile app and verify the email.
1. Contact tile live chat and say that the tile is not activating. Say there is no sound. They may ask if there is sound when you press it twice, say no sound there either.
2. They may ask for picture/POP. Provide these.
3. If they ask for video, exit out, make a new tile account, retry. (If you have a video of the device not working, then go ahead and send it to them).
4. If they say they are escalating to their higher support team, exit, make a new tile account, retry.
5. If all has gone well (7/10 times) you will get a replacement.

FAQ:
Must I use drop?
No, tile literally does not care.
Do they ask for return/will they bill?
No, in fact they tell you to recycle the old ones.
Can I DNA them?
Yes, DNA'ing them is super easy. They will send out new ones.
