Today I'm going to show you how to patch UxTheme.dll on Windows 7 as easy as possible and should take max 5 minutes to do.

1. Go to this website and download the patcher software:
http://universal-theme-patcher.en.softonic.com/

2. Extract the .zip file and chose the appropriate version which you can find in the folder according to your CPU architecture.

3. Select ENU (English) and then press OK.

4. Now a popup will show up, press the "Yes" button.

5. Press the 3 patch buttons and then reboot your computer.

Now UxTheme.dll should be patched, and your good to go and can use custom themes.
