If you've purchased this within the 3month return window, then you can still SE amazon.
If it has been longer than 3 months, contact the maker of the battery and SE them. There should be at least a 1 year warranty on it. If the warranty is not there, you can't do anything about it

Actually, this will be helpful considering, I've got a GBA SP that I need a new battery for but, postage takes awhile :/

I tend to extract the main points of relevance with others that're detailed with unneeded content, and quote such content thereafter. It also provides members with a better understanding.

I was collecting them. I'm just missing ruby. All real/legit versions as well with the box in great condition.
