Did basically the same thing with apple for about a month til they caught on and blocked me from making new accounts or using paypal :/

There's quite a few payment methods accepted by Apple, so blocking PayPal Is not an Issue.

As for creating new accounts, without naming specifics, It's easily circumvented.
