on the phone now, convinced the rep i'm a pro gamer from a company that i actually work for (there is actually a call of duty championship next week) and he thinks its super cool. I think I might have fucked up and used a serial number thats from a mouse that was purchased outside the US. We'll see, thanks for this awesome tutorial, man!


Edit: Jesus christ i fucking suck at this. So he was going on about how he used to game and stuff and he seemed like a really cool guy. Told me i was going to receive a shipping label, and I told him about the urgency and the most the man could do for me was to make the shipping all 1-day shipping for the packages. Now i have a shipping label in my email. gonna try again with a new serial number, phone, and name tomorrow......

I've tried this with multiple Reps and 3 different serials and different excuses. It seems their policy for the G903 is to send a return label and then wait for it to come in. No exceptions.

Any way to get around this? I've literally failed so many SE's but im not ready to give up yet

Once approved an automated email with a tracking number will be sent to you, tracking can be done on http://www.UPS.com, it takes about 12 hours before the tracking number can be used. Is this doable in Canada as well? I am personally going to do a headset and say that I need the headset it doesn't give sound in one hear but my computer needs the mic to compete in a tournament for a game. If they send an rma and send me the item first do I need to use a drop ? Will I be billed? (sorry if the questions are dumb)

I have done the G910 and G903 SE's in Canada. Both times they asked for the item back. Be creative and think up of an excuse as to why you need it immediately. Gaming tournament excuse is too saturated. Think up of another reason why someone would immediately need a gaming headset - and not for a gaming tournament. As a hint, think from the perspective of a business man. Hope this helps.

I am not well-educated of Logitech's polciies towards Canada. My guess would be yes considering Logitech provides customer service for North America
