If you've mentioned the Item was not working, simply tell them you've thrown It out- due to the fact that you didn't see the need to keep a non-functional Item.

If you're concerned with sending the shipping label Itself, you can say that you're away for business purposes and keep relocating for conferences. As such, you're obviously not home to receive the shipping label, nor do you have a fixed location to accept It due to the nature of your work commitment. You can then (seemingly) send the Item via an Insecure gateway and advise them of that. Of course, they'll never receive what you haven't sent.

Yes, they just say that they can't help me without doing an inspection on the device. They have been raped it the past.
