Yes you will get the jabra elite sport or other model if you don't like the elite sport.

This is what they asked me, can you help me out? Mainly the 13.5 I'm.confused about
What color is your Jabra Elite Sport? Do you see the number 13.5 printed on the inside of the charging case lid? When did you first encounter this issue? What smart phone model do you have paired to your Jabra Elite Sport? What power source do you use to charge the Elite Sport? Are you using a USB port from a computer, a wall adapter with the micro-USB cable, a car charger or a USB wall hub?
What color are the LED indicators on the side of the charging case when trying to charge the Elite Sport? What color are the LED indicators on the front of the case when trying to charge the Elite Sport?
