Worked for me. Thanks. He said he ordered a replacement for me and would provide the tracking number soon.

I wrote them like 10 min after this thread was created so probably thats why it worked. I did not have to send anything back.

We are actually just going to ship a replacement speaker over to you without having you send yours in.

Please do not throw away any of your accessories, chargers, or cables as we are ONLY replacing the Core of the speaker. You will need all of that for your replacement.

I have put in the request and I'm now just waiting for shipment. I will email you with tracking once it ships!

You're probably too late. I believe they only have 1 customer service employee and he caught up with what is happening. And maybe you shouldn't try to get their most expensive one if that is what you're doing.
