Correct, couldn't agree more. Like I said in the first post I saw rats myself in the theater room. Believe or not but most of public places (from restaurants to airports or even schools) are infested.

I like to think that somewhere on the internet there is group of rats talking about the human infestations they have come across in their lives.

Rats Infest any type of complex - It's their nature, particularly when food Is left lying around.

I've worked In food Industries with a very clean environment, whereby pest control was quite strict (done weekly), and we still found traces of rats & faeces.

As long as there's some type of attraction (food or otherwise), there will always be a possibility of rats being present - which Is what makes your strategy In this thread so effective.

Rats are bad but fleas will be the last ones standing when all is said and done. I had a 6 month infestation(I own no pets) and tried ever legal and illegal pesticide until I finally researched Isoxazoline's and started taking the prescription dog med Nexgard(Afoxolaner) and that finally broke the cycle and killed them after a month.
Fleas have killed more people than all the wars combined and the black plague decimated 1/3 of the worlds population which wasn't rats but the human flea.

No, I haven't put It Into practice.

It actually did take place while I was on vacation staying In a hotel many decades ago - fleas everywhere. It just demonstrates that It does In fact happen.
