note:
It ill only work on dedicated ip hosters (ip=> website).
If the cloudflaresite uses a vhost domain to connect to, this attack wil be ineffective. Unless the private sub/domain is known.
This could be provided by a reverse dns lookup, subdomain brute, or header info from your image ip capture service

I just regarded it as a saturated method and assumed everyone had already known about it. Many websites have fixed this by using proxies to retrieve the images or have set up separate servers purely for the purpose of storing and/or grabbing images.
