As Copscalled stated earlier, all items are able to SE. To answer your other question, that depends on the website's policy. It is possible to pay by creditcard, paypal or debit card, and sometimes even without paying untill a later moment. Once you call the company stating you have not received the product, they won't force you to pay untill their investigastion is over(Most likely, sometimes the process is automated so then you're getting payment demands).

Haven't placed the order yet because I'm trying to figure out the best way to do it without getting a lawsuit or getting police involved.
Most courier drivers(3-4 companies) that deliver to my area know me already since I order a lot online.
Could somebody help me with the best way to approach this?
