in my town few ppl did refund before and after a few try's it failed on em. They prolly used the same method or did it too much with no breaks or something. but one thing i know is in my town a lot of people do it. Do you think amazon or whoever does the refunds will know my area is hot. You think its fine for me to give it a try.

To be honest, In terms of nowadays and pertaining to the quoted post, you're more so correct.

The IPhone 4S was released In late 2011, so It's not going to be SE'd as a new phone.

I would order a few smaller things on the same order so they all arrive together. If it's a heavy jacket I would add some other heavy things like hoodies to bump the weight up in case they weight it before shipping. Then claim the jacket wasn't inside calling them and saying how you're pretty upset that they could forget such an expensive item. Never tried this site but they will do an investigation where it can go either way where they think someone must off put it in the wrong box which is the most likely option.
