@mothered I have never SE'd anything before except from a £6 maths set and i ordered airpods that arrive on the 12th can you give me advice on how too get the money back from them

Has anyone had any luck with Golf Town Canada? Was hoping to SE an order that arrived . As I was coming home delivery was arriving so I asked if that was a delivery? He replied yes and asked my address which I provided . Then asked for ID which I said I didn’t have on me . Then he said don’t worry about it and asked my name which I said . We were standing on the road away from my house and he asked for a signature which I did but a fake sig. Was just curious if anyone had any SE advice?
:Forgot to mention it’s about a $500 driver

It's usually approved after the said period, but It's not the case each and every time.

@mothered, Quick update: I got in contact with them via live chat today and they informed me to contact back tomorrow and agent said "I have tired to validate the report but the "local Police" is not cooperating for us to validate it. Please wait until tomorrow so we can process refund without validating it"

Then received an email from CS saying "At this time, we're unable to validate your report with the local police. Please contact us after x date and we’ll review our options"

So hopefully tomorrow will be the day I'll finally get the refund sorted! I'll update once its concluded

After speaking to five more agents over the last four days, they FINALLY gave up trying to contact the police department to verify and refunded me!
