asos with 5 items worth £105, combined over 120g (probably totalling 600-900g) although certain items will be under 120.

DNA.

a jacket from zara which was £170 and deffo over 120g, (if I had to estimate 800g).

Wrong Item received.

What would be the best methods for these two? I paid for both using PayPal.

As above.

How would I perform the wrong item received method, I’ve read over it on the website however I’m still not sure . I have already purchased jacket and it is due for delivery Wednesday, would this make a difference?

I’d like to peb a pair of sneakers.
I’ve heard that nike are confirming refunds wihout investigations so i thought i would give it a shot.
Maybe there are better options than nike?

ASOS, 5 items: 2 t-shirts, hoodie, NB shoes, cap.
Total: 320 euro(20%-off code included)
New acc. Never SE'd ASOS before, and don't know their limits.
Should I DNA? Alternative method?

How would I perform the wrong item received method, I’ve read over it on the website however I’m still not sure .

Here's a breakdown of Its application:

1. Buy the Item you're planning to SE

2. Purchase the wrong Item from the same company no more than a day (at the most two days) later

3. When the package arrives (with the SE Item), contact the rep/agent

4. Inform him that upon opening the package, a different Item was enclosed

5. The rep will ask you to return the Item that was (apparently) delivered by mistake

6. Send back the wrong Item that was previously purchased In step 2 above

7. When they receive the wrong Item, It will be scanned and put back Into stock

8. A refund/replacement will then be Issued for the SE Item

Be sure to purchase the wrong Item on a different account, weighing roughly the same as the original Item, and have It sent to another address. I cannot simplify It any further than that.

Thanks I get it now.
Also with the asos order the driver took a picture of the package and you could see the inside of my house however you can’t see my door number.
Would a DNA still be the best method and I say it wasn’t me who the parcel was handed too or should I change and do another?

please update on this thread let us know

Are there any distinct markings that conclusively Identify It's your home In the photo?

@mothered
You can see the flooring inside the front door, it’s not something you see in most houses however, apart from that I would say no as you can’t see much because of the package. Should I still go ahead with dna or is there now a more suitable method.

Easily covered with a rug, and no one has the right to remove It.

If that's all your home can be Identified with In the photo, then the DNA Is good to go.

I don't remember your Item.

What Is It?
