i have an Oppo, their website doesnt even let me create support ticket so i just sent a email to their support email, i said my i left the phone charging overnight and i woke up at the middle of the night cuz the phone was "burning" letting out alot of smoke so i disposed of the same for my safety and my "son" safety that was sleeping next to it. it still has warranty so the idea is to get a replacement and maybe try triple dips with it

yes but i wrote it in english and they ask to send another email in portuguese or spanish and i did a new one im awaiting there reply now @motherated

they called me right now and the guy said he couldnt do anything if i didnt send them the phone because they had to check if the problem was with the phone. he also asked what store i bought it, i said worten. and he said he would send em an email with the information. It didnt work i guess
